The Neonatologist / Paediatrician – CEmONC Capacity Builder is a short-term consultancy role designed to strengthen the skills of healthcare workers in managing obstetric and neonatal emergencies.

CEmONC stands for Comprehensive Emergency Obstetric and Neonatal Care, which includes life-saving interventions during pregnancy, childbirth, and the postnatal period.

2. On-Site Capacity Building

  • Train doctors, nurses, and midwives on CEmONC practices

3. Mentorship and Coaching

  • Provide follow-up mentoring after training sessions

4. Pre- and Post-Training Assessment
