About the Supply Specialist Role
The Supply Specialist will help Hyperbolic expand and strengthen its network of GPU suppliers.
This is primarily a commercial role rather than a traditional technical engineering position. The successful candidate will identify potential suppliers, initiate relationships, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, coordinate contracts, and manage supplier relationships from the first conversation through agreement execution.
You will work closely with the Head of Supply and company founders while collaborating with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams.
Hyperbolic says the company will teach successful candidates the specific details of its marketplace model. Therefore, strong commercial instincts, negotiation ability, and experience working with technical products are particularly important.

One of the most important responsibilities will be identifying new sources of GPU supply.
You will engage with:

The objective is to expand the supply available through Hyperbolic's marketplace.
Build Supplier Relationships
You will own your supplier pipeline from initial outreach through contract execution.

- Termination provisions
You will also manage documents such as letters of intent (LOIs), master service agreements (MSAs), order forms, and other commercial agreements.
Conduct Supplier Due Diligence
Before entering agreements, you will evaluate potential suppliers.
This includes assessing:
- GPU availability
- Technical capabilities
- Infrastructure reliability
- Pricing
- Operational capacity
