The Open Doors Russian Scholarship 2027 offers international students and young researchers an opportunity to pursue higher education and research in Russia through an international academic competition. Organized by the Global Universities Association , the Open Doors Russian Scholarship Project is supported by the Russian Government and is open to foreign citizens and stateless persons , including compatriots living abroad. The current 2026 competition provides pathways for Bachelor's, Master's, Doctoral and Postdoctoral applicants. Unlike conventional scholarship applications, Open Doors uses an Olympiad-style selection process .
