• Gombi
• Hong
• Mubi North
• Mubi South
• Michika
• Madagali

The selected officers will support field-level project monitoring activities and work closely with program teams to ensure quality implementation.

Job Summary

The M&E Officer will be responsible for supporting monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning activities within assigned project locations. The role involves collecting and analyzing data, conducting field monitoring visits, ensuring compliance with project indicators, and supporting reporting requirements.

The officer will work directly with project teams and report to the Program Manager while collaborating with other technical staff to improve project performance.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be expected to perform the following duties:

Monitoring Activities

• Conduct routine monitoring visits to project sites.
• Track project activities and progress against planned targets.

Qualifications and Requirements

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Sociology, Economics, Demography, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field.

Professional Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, preferably within an NGO or humanitarian organization.
• Experience working on donor-funded projects is an advantage.
• Previous involvement in emergency or humanitarian response programs is desirable.

Technical Skills

Candidates should demonstrate:
