Key Responsibilities
Deliver Customer Training
A major part of the role will be helping customers understand and use 360Learning effectively.

The goal is to ensure customers can move beyond simply using the software and instead build sustainable learning programs around it.

This requires strong presentation skills and the ability to explain concepts clearly to different audiences.
Trainers will receive feedback on their ability to drive platform engagement and will be expected to continuously improve their delivery.
Develop the Engagement Academy
The Trainer will help maintain and improve the Engagement Academy as the 360Learning product evolves.
